The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
You need to sign-up as an advertiser, then click +Campaign button and follow instructions to setup your first campaign. AFter adding your creatives, you would need to top-up your budget by going into Payments section -> Make a Payment.
